Customer Care
At Lume Wear, orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 10–14 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@lumewear.uk with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, but after that, cancellations may not be possible as processing could have started.
